The Public Service Division is dedicated to building a first-class public service for a successful and vibrant Singapore. It centrally manages the training and development of Administrative Officers through a comprehensive and systematic framework, and oversees the Management Associates Programme to groom promising officers for leadership positions in the Civil Service.
