The annual Administrative Service Dinner, inaugurated in 1989, marks a significant milestone in an Administrative Officer’s career. Certificates are presented to officers being promoted or confirmed. Ministers, Chairman and members of the Public Service Commission, Permanent Secretaries, Public Service Leaders and all Administrative Officers, together with their spouses, are invited to this important event.
