At the end of the programme, Management Associates found suitable will be invited to join the Administrative Service. Alternatively, you may also follow a more specialized career path within your chosen Ministry. The Management Associates Programme (MAP) would have amply equipped you to contribute effectively in the area of work within the Ministry, or prepared you for management across the different departments in public service.
