• Management Associates Programme
As a Management Associate, you enjoy the same remuneration package offered by your parent Ministry for your scheme of service. You will also enjoy additional components such as top-ups of bonuses and a Special Allowance. The additional payments are in recognition of your larger responsibilities. The annual starting pay is approximately $45,000 – $65,000 depending on NS increments and performance bonuses
• Administrative Service
The annual pay for a mid-career candidate with 3 years of experience is approximately $70,000 – $100,000. Your actual salary will depend on your work experience. Eligible Administrative Officers can also join a Corporate Club under the Golf Club Membership Scheme. |
